RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Pet Products with a Purpose offers a refund or exchange on any unpackaged, unused leash or collar within 30 days less a 30% restocking fee. The product(s) being returned must be in new, original condition. All sales are final for sale items or gift certificates and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exception: Pet Products with a Purpose leash and collars may be returned within 30 days even if the product has been opened and used if you are not satisfied with the product results.
Products ordered directly from Pet Products with a Purpose.com may be returned with the packing slip, which has the return address listed. If products were purchased directly from a Pet Products with a Purpose representative’s personal inventory, please contact the Pet Products with a Purpose representative to begin the return process. If contact with the representative is not possible, contact Pet Products with a Purpose customer support for assistance by emailing info@Pet Products with a Purpose.com. We are happy to help.
Please consider the following when returning or exchanging product(s):
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email or a copy of your return confirmation email.
- Was the order missing a product or did the order contain the wrong product? If so, please notify us within 14 days from your order date.
- If a replacement product is needed due to a manufacturer’s defect, please contact customer support by emailing info@Pet Products with a Purpose.com for assistance. Examples of manufacturer’s defect:
- a) LED lights do not work
- b) Abnormal discolorations
- c) Broken hardware or clasp
- Refunds take time. Refunds are processed within 5-business days after your return has been received. Once the return is processed, the refund should be available within 1-10 business days, depending on your credit card company and/or their billing cycle.

My product is on back order. Can I cancel it? Yes. If your product is on back order and hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact the Pet Products with a Purpose customer support for assistance by emailing info@Pet Products with a Purpose.com.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-business days after your return has been received. Once the return is processed, the refund should be available within 1-10 business days, depending on your credit card company and/or their billing cycle.
How do I return a Pet Products with a Purpose product if it was a gift? All products must have the original order number to be returned. We are happy to help find the order number for products received as a gift. Contact Pet Products with a Purpose customer support for assistance by emailing info@Pet Products with a Purpose.com. We will need the name and/or email address of the person you received the gift from. If the product is returned within 90 days of original purchase, we are happy to process an exchange or issue you store credit towards a different product.
